Automated Backups and Backup Destinations

Backups run on a schedule per VPS and land in local storage by default. For anything beyond a single-server setup, add a Backup Destination (remote SSH or FTP target) so copies leave the host - losing the physical server shouldn't mean losing every backup that was sitting on the same disk as the guests it protects.

Restoring from a backup recreates the VPS's disk state as of that backup's timestamp; it doesn't merge with the current disk, so treat a restore as replacing the guest's current data, not layering on top of it.
