Questions

What does the limit count?

Bare metal servers and VPSes together. A plan with a limit of 50 covers, for example, 30 dedicated servers and 20 VPSes. Existing servers keep running if you reach the limit; the panel only stops you adding more.

What is a panel?

One VirtlixCP installation. Each license activates on one server's IP address. That panel can then manage dedicated servers in your racks and any number of KVM hypervisors.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Contact us to move to another plan. Your license is updated in place and the new limit applies on the panel's next license check, without a reinstall.

Do I need to renew a lifetime license?

No. A lifetime license never expires. It includes one year of updates and support; renewing support after that is optional.

Is support included?

Yes. Every plan includes email support while the license is active, or during the included support year of a lifetime license.
