Master Configuration and Security Settings
Master Configuration is the central settings hub covering things that used to require editing config files by hand: branding (panel name shown in the title and emails), session timeout, login attempt limits and lockout duration, IP allowlists for the panel and API separately, and webhook callbacks fired on VM create/delete/start/stop events.
It also holds the Enduser Restrictions toggles - whether end-users can change their own hostname, password, reinstall their OS, manage SSH keys, manage their own VPS firewall, or self-shutdown their VPS. Each is off by default (meaning allowed) and can be switched on individually to lock a given action down to admins only.
