Using Billing IDs

Each server has an optional Billing ID in its billing section. It must be unique.

Your billing system uses it to find the right server when an order is suspended, unsuspended or terminated. The WHMCS modules set it automatically to the WHMCS service ID.

The Billing Date hides bandwidth from before the current client's service started, and Max Bandwidth (for example 10TB) suspends the server automatically when it is exceeded, unless the client is VIP.
