Recovering Admin Access

Create a new admin from the panel server's shell:

cd /var/www/virtlix-bm
sudo -u www php artisan admin:create --username=recovery --password='a-long-new-password'

Sign in with it, reset the other admin's password under Users, Administrators, then delete the recovery admin.
