Troubleshooting Installation
The installer stops at the first error and shows it. The full log is in /var/log/virtlix-bm-install.log.
| Error | Fix |
|---|---|
| License not valid or bound to another IP | Check the key in your client area. If you reinstalled on a new IP, reset the license binding there first. |
| Package downloads fail | The server needs outbound HTTPS to the AlmaLinux or Rocky mirrors and to virtlix.com. |
| Port 80 or 443 already in use | Remove other web servers. The panel needs a fresh minimal install. |
| No KVM hypervisor added | Enable Intel VT-x or AMD-V in the BIOS, then run virtlix-bm --add-hypervisor. |
