Sub and Super Clients

Sub clients

A client can give another client account access to some or all of their servers. This suits resellers giving access to their own customers, and companies giving access to their NOC.

The owner chooses what each sub client can do, such as power control, OS reloads or only viewing bandwidth, and can take access back at any time.

VIP clients

Open a client under Users, Clients and turn on VIP Permissions, Ignore Auto Suspend/Terminate. Their servers are never suspended or terminated automatically, for example for bandwidth overage.
