Adding Windows Server Support

Windows Server is installed from your own ISO, so you use your own licensing.

  1. Go to OS Reloads, OS Images and install Windows Installer (WinPE). This is the environment that runs Windows Setup over the network.
  2. Go to OS Reloads, ISO Manager, Create ISO and add your Windows Server ISO by URL. The panel downloads it to every file server and reads the editions inside it (Standard, Datacenter, Core).
  3. Go to OS Reloads, Profiles and create a profile for each edition you want to offer.
  4. If a network or storage card needs a driver that Windows doesn't include, upload it under OS Reloads, PXE Drivers. A driver can apply to one Windows version or to all of them.

When a client installs Windows, the panel sets the Administrator password, the network and the hostname, and emails the Remote Desktop details when it finishes.

Large ISOs take longer to copy to each file server. Remove editions you don't sell from the ISO to keep it small.
