Moving the Panel to a New Server

  1. Back up the current panel.
  2. Reset your license binding in your client area, so it can activate on the new IP.
  3. Install VirtlixCP on the new server with the same domain.
  4. Restore the backup on the new server.
  5. Point the three DNS names and your switches' DHCP relay at the new IP.
  6. Turn SSL on again under System, Settings.

Hypervisors keep running their VPSes during the move; the new panel reconnects to them with the SSH key restored from the database.
