Bandwidth Accounting Issues

Dedicated server bandwidth is read from switch ports over SNMP.

1. Open the switch under Network, Switches and check SNMP IP, SNMP Key (the community) and SNMP Version.
2. Make sure the switch allows SNMP from the panel's IP.
3. Check that the server is linked to the right switch port.
4. Turn on Use 32-bit SNMP data only for switches without 64-bit counters; it is less accurate on fast ports.

VPS bandwidth is measured on the hypervisor and needs no setup. A VPS with no traffic shows 0 B.
